FAQs

The party can be held at your home or choice of venue, or I can host it in my office.  Space is limited in my room, so I can only have 2-3 patients in my room at a time. 

I will create a private booking link specific for your party. You can distribute it amongst your friends. There will be 10 minute blocks for each person to sign up, but it is puerly for booking logistics. Everyone can show up at the beginning to socialize.

Once booked, each person will receive a link to the Patient Portal to complete their Health History and Consents. This needs to be done prior to the party so treatments can be done in a timely manner.
(Less paperwork, more fun!)

Tox: no downtime

Chemical Peel: takes about 7 days to complete the flaking process.

Glow Microstamping: No downtime

We use the Perfect Derma Chemical Peel, the ONLY medium depth, medical grade peel featuring the master antioxidant Glutathione.

It also includes:

Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) – Exfoliates and resurfaces while stimulating collagen to repair the skin
Phenol – Traps free radicals, exfoliates and numbs the skin
Retinoic Acid (Vitamin A) – Exfoliates, normalizes cell turnover, and promotes collagen and elastin production
Salicylic Acid – Digests surface cells, has anti-inflammatory properties with acne fighting benefits; clears clogged pores
Vitamin C – Antioxidant and skin brightener; also protects the skin from UV damage while stimulating collagen
production
Glutathione – Powerful antioxidant and skin brightener; the peel’s blend of acids delivers glutathione deep into the basal layer where it improves cellular health, skin brightener
Kojic Acid – Antibacterial; suppresses pigment and brightens the skin

After the chemical peel is applied, it is left on the skin for 6 hours (or left on overnight) and you will have an orange tint. There is no required downtime, but NO exercise or excessive sweating for 72 hours after peel is applied.

As a general rule, treat it like a sunburn: avoid sun exposure, avoid sweating and avoid heat.

The skin will feel tight before peeling begins, and peeling is usually the heaviest on days 3 to 5. No makeup is worn while peeling, but tinted medical grade sunscreen such as Alastin or Neocutis can be used. Flaking may occur for up to 10 days.

Purging is a normal side effect of the peel. For some, it is minimal and for others it can be significant. This should resolve in 10-14 days post peeling. The peel will dry out surface breakouts, but deep acne will still come to the surface.

Microchanneling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses tiny needles to create micro-channels on the skin’s surface to allow serums to penetrate and stimulate the body boost collagen and elastic production. It is similar to microneedling, but does not penetrate the skin as deeply, does not require numbing, and has no down time. 

In our Glow Microstamping, we used PDO Afterglow and Lumenvy serums. PDO AfterGlow is a skin booster made from hyaluronic acid and microparticles equivalent of 1,000 crushed smooth PDO threads. This biodegradable polymer is known to aid in the production of collagen and increase skin elasticity and is a safe and effective option for correction of volume loss and rejuvenation of photoaging skin.

LúmEnvy™ is a brightening booster that improves the appearance of skin pigmentation and texture, providing more luminous-looking skin. It is enriched with PDRN (Salmon DNA), vitamins and amino acids to restore brightness and promote hydration.

These serums are stamped into the skin and will give an immediate glow, with full results after 2 weeks! 

An initial series of 3 every 4-6 weeks is recommended, followed by quarterly treatments to maintain results.
